Qualification and experience
Every post needs a 16-year degree with at least a 2nd Division and 3 years of experience after qualification. Open a post to see its full requirements.
1. Network Engineer EG-01
- BS/BE in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Information Technology or equivalent, at least 2nd Division.
- 3 years of experience managing and monitoring corporate IT networks and resolving faults and complaints.
- Thorough understanding of L2/L3 protocols and technologies, and TCP/IP (v4 and v6).
- Ability to maintain network security by monitoring threats and vulnerabilities and recommending solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, with software and database awareness.
- Preference for candidates with CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA certification.
2. IT Operations Engineer EG-01
- BS/BE in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Information Technology or equivalent, at least 2nd Division.
- 3 years of experience managing IT operations in a large organization.
- Experience installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Good knowledge of networks and cloud computing; monitoring and testing applications for optimized performance.
- Ability to manage helpdesk services, vendor contracts (SLA and software licenses) and IT procurements, including hardware analysis and RFP preparation.
3. Technology Transformation EG-01
- BS/BE in Computer Science, Electronics, Communication, Information Technology or Business Studies (at least 2nd Division), or BBA in Business Analytics / Information Technology.
- 3 years of experience in market research and analysis of cutting-edge IT technologies, assessing current and future needs and suggesting IT-driven solutions.
- Thorough understanding of PPRA Rules and EPADS, and good knowledge of public sector procurement.
- Ability to carry out feasibility studies, prepare RFPs, conduct financial and technical analysis and manage contracts.
- Familiarity with audit procedures and replies to audit observations; strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Cyber Security EG-01
- BS/BE in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, Information Security, Information Technology or equivalent, at least 2nd Division.
- 3 years of experience in cyber security operations.
- Thorough understanding of information security standards including ISO/IEC 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Ability to carry out gap analysis, risk and vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Ability to implement, monitor and maintain security policies, procedures and standards in line with ISO/IEC 27001.
- Familiarity with audit procedures; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Software Development (Full Stack) EG-01
- BS/BE in Information Technology, Computer Science or Software Engineering, at least 2nd Division.
- 3 years of full-stack experience using ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, C#, VB.Net, Python, Angular, React and Flutter in a reputable organization.
- Practical experience in DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and version control (Git).
- Working knowledge of software QA methodologies, automated testing tools and SDLC practices.
- Experience in database design and management (SQL/NoSQL) and API integration with enterprise applications.
- Ability to develop technical documentation and work with cross-functional teams.
